Venue

Once again, our venues for 2027 are the Crowne Plaza and Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Glasgow. We’ve been at home in Glasgow since 2022 and we’re excited to bring the convention back here for a sixth year even bigger and better than before.

IconHealth Club / Fitness Centre

All residential attendees staying at the Crowne Plaza will receive free access to the health club at the hotel, including an air conditioned gymnasium, heated swimming pool, steam room, and sauna.

All residential attendees staying at the Hilton Garden Inn will receive free access to the on-site Fitness Centre.

IconExecutive Lounge

Residential attendees at the Crowne Plaza who are staying in an Executive Room or Executive Suite will receive access to the Club Lounge at the hotel for the duration of their stay. The Club Lounge is situated on the 15th floor of the hotel and offers an independent seating area with complimentary access to a variety of hot & cold drinks, and light snacks.

IconBreakfast

All residential attendees have access to a complimentary breakfast on each morning of their stay, served in the restaurant of the hotel they are staying in.

Breakfast times at the Crowne Plaza are as follows:

Friday - Monday: 6:30am - 11:30am
Other Days: 6:30am - 10:00am

Breakfast times at the Hilton Garden Inn are as follows:

Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 6:00am - 10:00am
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 6:30am - 10:30am

IconFood & Drink

There will be a variety of food and drink options available at our hotels. Outside food is only permitted in hotel rooms and not in any of the public convention or hotel spaces. If you are receiving a food delivery to the hotel, this must be collected from outside the hotel entrance, not at reception, and must be taken directly to your hotel room.

IconCheck In & Check Out

For residential attendees at both the Crowne Plaza and Hilton Garden Inn, check in time on your arrival day will be 3pm and check out time on your departure day will be Midday.

IconCar Parking

Car parking is available at the Crowne Plaza at a special rate of £5 per day. Please ensure that your registration number is logged at the Crowne Plaza reception desk and ensure that the parking fee is settled prior to departure. This is available for all attendees, regardless of whether you have are staying in the Crowne Plaza or not.

Car parking is also available for residents of the Hilton Garden Inn at the Hilton’s own car park at the same special rate of £5 per day. Please ensure that you register your vehicle at the Reception desk to receive this.

IconPets & Service Animals

Please be aware that our hotels do not allow for pets under any circumstances; only service animals are permitted on either site.
